Booking Policy

1. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

2. ‘No show’ appointments and appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

3. Clients will receive a SMS confirmation 48 hours prior to the appointment and a phone call 24 hours before the appointment if an SMS confirmation is not received. If using a Gift Card please advise at the time of booking and bring the Gift Card with you to the appointment.
